i want...

All have a ideal about diferents things...ideal mother, ideal father, ideal brother, ideal sister, ideal date, ideal boyfriend or girlfriend...many things, but when i think something serious like a dream job, i don`t have doubt. This is because i have always been clear.

Ideal Job????... the main thing is to be outdoors, because work locked in an office is not my thing -maybe i have labor claustrophobia...jejeje-, i need air fresh, the sun and be on site...

I wish with all my soul, work in the south whit cattle (dairy or beef)...to be advisor to a campus...maybe make research about this area, in something how grasslands, feeding, etc.

I would like to work on this because it would be my own boss, and this is great!. Altought, for to be an advisor required too much time.

Advisory work is provide services to producers such as feeding, reproduction, health management, treat diseases, preparation of diets, replacement animals among others things.

I hope one day this dream will come true.

Bovine Medicine

This is the subject that interests me, and is the i want to do in the future. This area is within the Buiatrics.

The bovines are animals rumiants, whit a particular physiology. They are really interesting mammals.

I like this kind since the first year of the career, in the subject Introduction to animal production, told me about their characterics and productive purposes, and altough some think it is reprehensible caring for animals and then eat them, i prefer to see it another way, they care and give them the best possible quality of life while living...the welfare is very important to me.

Bovine Medicine is a subject on wich i can learn the major diseases affecting this species, and treat them, and the most importantly, how to prevent... because the idea is that the animals never get sick. The latter is very important in Cattle production, where the diseases cause significant production losses.

This subject have all that i want know, and this is the main reason why i like both bovine medicine.

She is a character from a comic of Quino.

She come from a tipical family argentinian of middle class of the´60. Have a one brother that call Guille. and live with your parents. She have 6 years old, and in his last comic have 8 years. Is a child very inquisitive , and always make questions to parents. She is very worried about world situation, and always listening the radio to enquire of all.

She go to school, and the love school because in this place learn many things. She want to be a professional to be "someone in the live".

I like this character because "we share" the form in that view the life, and ideals. I feel to identify with she, although just is a character of a comic...is maybe really strange.

And this is the career that i chose. Really was a accident, by the way...

I wanted study Biochemistry, but my mother the last day of postulation says me "and this career Tami, do you like the animals or not???" ... Then, my mom is the responsable of this.

This is a adventure, every year likes me more...and i think was the best option.

The career is important for development of society,because involve not only the health and welfare of the animals no humans but also have implications in the health of the humans, for examples controling zoonotic diseases, or in the control food of origen animal.

This is a profession with a big responsability...

My name is Tamara, and my friends call me Tami.

I am a university student, in one of the best university of Chili, the Universidad de Chile. Study Veterinary Medicine, fourth year, but really i should be in fifth year...
In this place have many friends, very different unnos other...pure diversity.

The college life is a little complicate; very much study, and very much less time to the family. This can be one the things that less i like...is the life of the students ¬¬

I think that the most important is try to enjoy this time in the life, because it is a unique opportunity.
